How much will it cost to get married in Thailand?
The cost of awedding in Thailand will depend on a number of things; location,
resort, extra requirements, number of guests, length of time booked at
resort etc. There is a huge variation in the price for a wedding in Thailand,
just as there is in any country. Some couples want to enjoy a little bit
of luxury at a five star spa resort, others want to experience the unique
culture of Thailand staying in a rainforest hut! The cost for a legal
marriage registration in Thailand varies with nationality among other

Can a resident of any country get married in Thailand?
As far as we know, yes. We have not yet encountered any problems with
any particular Nationality. However, every country follows different regulations
regarding marriage registration overseas so you would need to be aware
of what they are before you get married in Thailand.
I have already arranged accommodation and a wedding ceremony
in Thailand, can Creative Events Asia just organise the legal stuff for

My partner and I are different nationalities, can we still get
married in Thailand?
Yes. It is usually no problem to arrange the marrriage registration paperwork
for two different nationalities. Couples of different Nationalities will
need to visit two different embassies to complete the relevant paperwork,
but this can be arranged with minimal fuss.
Can I have my wedding ceremony, marriage registration and accommodation
all at the one location?
If you plan on having the ceremony and accommodation in Bangkok, you will
be able to do this. However, if you want your wedding and accommodation
in another part of Thailand, you will need to stay in Bangkok for a minimum
of one night to complete the legal marriage registration process anyway.
Most of our clients complete this registration process when they arrive
in Bangkok, then travel to another destination for the ceremony and holiday.
