Creative Events Asia specialises in organising the legal requirements of your Thailand wedding - you can relax and enjoy your holiday while we take care of your legal marriage registration.
ACCOMMODATION
For foreigners marrying in Thailand, the marriage registration process requires 2-3 days in Bangkok to complete the relevant paperwork. Therefore we can also assist you with accommodation in Bangkok during this time.
Thankfully though, during your stay in Bangkok, not all of your time will be taken up with paperwork! Some of our clients choose to keep their stay in Bangkok to a minimum, others take the time to explore the many wonders of the city, or relax in comfort at the hotel. The choice is yours.
There are many accommodation styles for you to choose from during your
stay in Thailand. You may wish to find a quiet, secluded beach or island
where you and your partner or guests can swim, dine and explore at your
leisure, or maybe you’re looking for somewhere you can shop away
the days and party away the nights. Maybe you prefer the tropical beauty
of an ancient rainforest or the buzz of a big city hotel –

Typically, resorts offer a choice of either a Western or Traditional Thai style ceremony, but will usually accommodate other needs including secular or non-secular weddings, contemporary, traditional, formal or informal ceremonies. REGISTRATION PACKAGE
To officially marry in Thailand requires that a certain amount of paperwork is carried out in Bankgkok. Creative Events Asia can oversee this process by pre-arranging all necessary appointments and documentation required, as well as providing you with an English speaking guide and transport to and from Government offices. In most instances, a legal marriage in Thailand is also recognised by authorities in your home country. For more information on the legal aspects of your Thai marriage, go to our information page.
Creative Events Asia provides two marriage registration packages – standard and express. Both packages have the following inclusions...
- Transfers between airport/hotel/embassy/government offices
- English speaking guide
- Translation of all relevant documents, including your marriage certificate
- Ministry stamp
- Legal marriage certificate
Our STANDARD package requires 3 working days in Bangkok for completion, however, if time is an issue, our EXPRESS package will have you on your way to your holiday in 1 or 2 days.
