From the very first email, Natasha was friendly, informative & helped me feel at ease with the whole process. I had a lot of questions – some very random!- along the way, but Natasha was on hand the whole time. Both Natasha & Amari Palm Reef Resort, Koh Samui were professional and thorough in their work &, although it may sound a cliché, we had the most wonderful day & that was helped by it being no where near as stressful as I’ve heard some weddings can be – and this was planned overseas which you’d expect to be more stressful!

Everything was planned & organised before we’d even set foot in Thailand, and what was planned, ran smoothly. The CEA representative who helped us do the legalities in Bangkok was on-time, polite & helpful. The time to do this process didn’t take very long & it was a relief when they were done – that was when we could really sit back & relax. When we got to Koh Samui, we literally had nothing left to do! All we did was meet the photographer in person & sit down with Julieanne to run through everything to confirm it all. Both CEA & Amari Palm were so accommodating & helpful – it felt like nothing was too much trouble and there was never too many or too silly questions.

We planned it from Australia but with people coming from both UK & Australia, and Natasha also helped out with accommodation/information with wedding guests from both countries. Those people also told us how helpful & quick to reply Natasha was.

I could go on for hours about how perfect everything went, how relaxed the whole thing was & how wonderful the day/holiday was, but I think you just the gist! I know a lot of this is down to Natasha & CEA as I trusted her with helping me get the results I wanted for my wedding day without having even met her. Thank you a million times over. We wish we could do it all over again & we would recommend you without hesitation to anyone & everyone! 🙂
