Our requirements for the wedding were simple – its was to be Laura and myself only – not that she new it. The wedding was planned as a surprise – don’t tell the bride style?! I first found the venue which was Melati Beach Resort on the wonderful island of Koh Samui and arranged the big day with Hannah – fantastic resort and the team can’t do enough for you. The next step was to organise the ceremony – now one of the things which was important for me was that I wanted everything to be legal and  completed while we were away – I didn’t want a blessing in the resort to then come home and organise a visit to the registry office – as I think it takes a little bit of the excitement and pleasure of the occasion.  So Hannah put me in touch with Natasha at Creative Events Asia – who was brilliant. On arriving in Thailand we met with Natasha at the British Embassy to complete the legal paperwork – by this time Laura knew we were getting married. She arranged all the paperwork – it was so easy and hassle free.

I can’t thank Natasha enough for her help – I recommend to everyone I know that its the best thing we ever did. The whole trip was fantastic from start to finish.
